Library
Timmerman Elementary Library
Whole classes come to the library when they need to do research or for library lessons and stories. Students may also visit the library to check out materials on an as-needed basis with teacher permission as they finish their reading materials.
TES Library Online Catalog
You can access the Library Catalog from home. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the Pflugerville School Library Catalog page.
2. Click on Timmerman Elementary, then the Catalog Tab.
You may then type in the Title, Author, or Subject you’re looking for. This search method leads you to titles in our collection as well as recommended websites for student research.
Overdue and damaged books
There are no fines for overdue books but students cannot check out new materials until all overdues are returned. Fines will be charged for damaged and lost materials. Refunds can be issued for payments over $5 if the materials are found and returned in good condition within one year of the payment. Fines can be paid at the following link -Timmerman Library Fines.
To place a hold
Log into the Timmerman library catalog. You can get to it from ClassLink or from the student tab on the district or Timmerman website. Students use their regular computer login.
Search for a book you would like. Make sure it is ready to check out (1 of 1 available). Click on the title to read more about the book and click the Hold button.
Ebooks and digital audiobooks
Log into ClassLink to get to Sora, Epic, Tumblebooks, National Geographic Kids, Capstone eBooks, and more! The Sora collection can also link to the Pflugerville Public Library's digital collection.
Last year's books
If you still have library materials from last year, please return them to the library or front office.
